8th Annual Run the Hill

The Tiger XC team will be hosting the 8th Annual Run the Hill day on Wednesday, October 22nd. This is open to anyone who is not on the State team. Girls will meet in the parking lot after school and ride over to Blackwell as usual. We will then warm up and stretch out quickly and run over to the hill.

The girls will have 30 minutes to run as many hills as they can. The record for this run was set by senior Rona Hsu in 2005 with a 1 hour time limit.

The time limit has been cut in half this year to encourage girls to run the hills faster, and for the sake of the coaches who stand out in the cold. Pick up from Blackwell will be at 5:00.
