There will a seeding meeting on Tuesday, May 11 th. This meeting is NOT mandatory, but you are strongly encouraged to have a representative present. Food will be available at 6:30 with the meeting beginning promptly at 7:00. Please enter the school through the Field House entrance (Door 40). The meeting will be in the health class rooms located just off the field house.
A copy of the results will be given to each team at the conclusion of the meet. A full copy of the results will be available at http://www.tigertf.org/

Scratches may be made in the track garage located at the Northeast end of the track between 3:30 and 4:00. A short coaches meeting will take place at 4:00 in the same garage. One representative from each school must attend.

The Games Committee will selected at the seeding meeting. It will consist of the sectional manager and four head coaches.
Wheaton Warrenville South owns a Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) System. Consequently, we will be using it for our primary finish line timing. We will have a full set of back-up timers/pickers at the finish line.
Please fill out the workers sheet with the names and their first and second choices. We will make every attempt to place workers in their desired positions. Your workers should be knowledgeable of the assignment and should report to the garage by no later than 4:00. If you do not provide an adult worker, your coaching staff will be assigned the responsibility.
BUSES
All buses should drop athletes off and park either in the circle just to the south of Grange Field or at the rear of Atten Park which is located two blocks North of Wheaton Warrenville South High School on Wiesbrook Road. Wheaton Warrenville South personel will direct the buses as they arrive on campus.

Please bring your athletes ready to participate. No dressing facilities will be available at the meet. Restrooms are located in the back of the concession stand.
ADMISSION
There Admission for all spectators is $5.00. Only team members in uniform and coaches and workers with proper credentials will be allowed in the stadium without paying.
Please keep all team camps outside the fenced track area and out of the home stretch (East) bleachers. The only exception to this is the grass area to the North of the first curve. You may use this area, but please make your teams aware of the proximity to the track. Teams may use the West (Visitors) Bleachers and grass areas outside the fenced track.
Medals will be awarded to the Top 6 places in each event. A championship team plaque will be awarded to the winning team. Scoring will be: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Shot Puts and Discus will be checked from 3:30 to 4:00 in the track garage located at the Northeast corner of the track. Facitity Map for Details
Wheaton Warrenville South High School will provide starting blocks. Absolutely no tape may be used for relay or runway marks.
Our track is an all weather nine-lane 400-meter track. No spikes longer than ¼” may be used. Shot Put and Discus platforms are concrete. Concessions and rest rooms are available at the Northeast corner of the track.
